南宁大宗商品交易所(简称“南商所”)，于2007年经广西壮族自治区人民同意批准设立。 2012年12月24日获得中国证监会牵头的“清理整顿各类交易场所部际联席会议”检查验收，复函同意保留。 2014年9月15日，又经广西壮族自治区人民报请国务院联席会议批复，通过年审，标志着“南宁大宗商品交易所”一直获得和省级层面都正式运营资格。
